Woodhall Properties opened its doors for business in November 1999 and has already established itself as one of the most highly respected firms of Independent Estate Agents in the South Stockport/North Cheshire area. For those of you considering selling we provide a free pre-market appraisal/valuation of your property without charge or obligation. We will recommend an asking price to you based on local market conditions and known comparable evidence (where available) whilst taking into account your own needs and timescale. At the same time we will explain our Terms and Conditions and discuss how Woodhall Properties can help you with a sale.

On your instruction to sell we will:

  • aim to achieve the best price possible for the property in the shortest possible time
  • provide computer assisted administration and pro-active marketing 7 days a week
  • produce attractive sales particulars and displays with the aid of digital photography                                        -quality assured with interior and garden photos where applicable
  • erect our ‘For Sale’ board (if required/necessary)
  • display your property in our very popular showroom and windows
  • provide matched registered buyers from our database with details of your property                                        -registered buyers list updated daily by person, telephone, e-mail and post

  • encourage interested parties/registered buyers to view
  • arrange viewings (accompany if required/necessary)
  • seek feedback from viewings and promptly pass this on to you
  • confirm with you all offers received both verbally and in writing
  • monitor progress of the negotiated sale (and any related chain)
  • discuss the progress with you, your buyer and Solicitors
  • endeavour to see you safely through to completion

For those of you buying we will register you, noting your requirements, provide details of properties likely to be of interest, help with travel directions and local information, and offer our advice on purchasing procedure. We will also offer to discuss the costs of buying a property and offer to provide through known associates Independent Mortgage and Financial Advice without any pressure, charge or obligation.

Buying and/or mortgaging a house is always an extremely important financial decision so you need to be sure that you get the right Independent Financial Advice.
